The T5MoV high quality stainless steel cutting knife contains molybdenum and vanadium, which increases the life of the blade and provides for even further hardness (54-56 HRc). The handle is made of hard and tough exotic Bubinga wood (African palisander).The knife is intended for normal use in households as well as for professional use. Long life of this knife can be guaranteed if not washed in a dishwasher. We recommend hand washing with detergent and water and subsequent drying with a cloth.
