Pro přípravu koktejlu nalijte 250-300 ml vody do šejkru, přidejte 1 odměrku (30g) směsi a případně můžete dochutit příchutí (3 g). Mix sufficiently.
Pro přípravu polévky do nádoby či misky nalijte 200 ml horké vody, přidejte 1 odměrku (30g) polévky a dostatečně zamíchejte.
Abyste si mohli vychutnat omeletu a palačinku, nalijte do šejkru 100 ml vody, nasypte 1 odměrku směsi (30g) a dostatečně promíchejte. Add a drop of oil to the pan, form the mixture and fry under the lid for about 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Pro přípravu kaše nalijte 170-200 ml vody do šejkru, přidejte 1 odměrku (30g) směsi a dostatečně promíchejte.
