Valerian Kneipp is a traditional herbal remedy for calming down containing powdered valerian root.
The Kneipp knot is traditionally used:
to relieve mild symptoms of psychological stress; to promote sleep. The product can be taken by adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older. The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on the experience of long-term use. If you do not feel better within 14 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor. The package contains 90 coated tablets.
Dosage and method of use
Always take Kozlik Kneipp exactly as directed in the package leaflet or by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older: To relieve mild symptoms of psychological stress, take 1-2 coated tablets up to 3 times a day. To promote sleep, take 1-2 coated tablets 1 /2 hours to 1 hour before going to sleep. Do not take more than 8 coated tablets per day.
Swallow the coated tablets unchewed, with plenty of liquid (preferably with a glass of drinking water). Do not swallow coated tablets lying down. Duration of useTo achieve the desired effect, it is recommended to take the product regularly for 2-4 weeks. If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 2 weeks of starting treatment, consult your doctor. The duration of use of this medicine is not fundamentally limited. However, if you experience persistent or worsening problems during treatment with this medicine, consult your doctor.
Contraindications
The use of Kneipp in children under 12 years of age is not recommended due to lack of data. Do not take Kozlik Kneipp during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there is insufficient data on its safe use during this period. The preparation may cause drowsiness. If your attention is affected, you must not drive or operate machinery for 2 hours after taking Kozlík Kneipp.

Storage
