The KOLIMAX pan is made of food-grade CrNi 18/10 stainless steel and is completely safe for health. The solid 1 mm thick sheet metal body is complemented by the A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich accumulation base, which distributes heat evenly, saves energy and maintains evenness throughout use. The pan is also suitable for catering facilities such as canteens, schools or nurseries. The ergonomic plastic handle is heat resistant up to 150 °C with a broken thermal bridge for safe handling. The inner surface is three times polished, the outer surface has a mirror polish. The practical wide casting rim allows easy pouring. The pan is suitable for induction, gas, electricity and ceramic and is dishwasher safe.
