KREUL Glass & Porcelain Medium, Black

The Kreul Porcelain Marker medium lets you permanently decorate items made of glass, porcelain or ceramic. Thanks to its water-based ink, it's easy to work with and any mistakes can simply be washed off with water before baking. After curing in a conventional oven, the decoration becomes fully permanent and dishwasher-safe. The marker has a stable medium-round tip for drawing lines and colouring in smaller areas.

Simple to use and easy to correct

Working with the marker is as comfortable as using a regular felt-tip pen. Its opaque water-based ink adheres well to smooth surfaces. If you make a mistake or want to change your design, there's no need to worry. As long as you haven't cured the paint in the oven, you can simply wash it off with a cloth and water.

Permanent fixing for a long life

To make your drawing permanent and durable, it needs to be fixed. Once the paint has dried, place the decorated item in a cold oven. Then, fix it by baking in the oven for 90 minutes at 160°C. After this process and subsequent cooling, the decoration is fully cured and will withstand normal washing in the dishwasher. This way, you can create tableware that can handle everyday use.

Versatile tip for various techniques

The marker is equipped with a stable medium-round tip. It allows you to create both thin lines and details, as well as colour in smaller areas. The line width is 2–4mm depending on the pressure and angle of the marker. This makes it suitable for writing text, drawing ornaments and more complex designs. It's useful not only on porcelain and glass but also on metal or mirrors.
