L-Mesitran Active Large is a medicinal and covering patch containing antibacterial medical honey. It is used to treat superficial and acute wounds, e.g. cuts, abrasions and transplantation sites, first and second degree burns and chronic wounds.

L-Mesitran Active Large is a medicinal and covering patch containing antibacterial medical honey (30%). The patch is ideal for every home first aid kit and every piece of luggage to quickly treat common abrasions, blisters, minor burns, superficial cuts, lacerations and other minor injuries. The cover absorbs more than 700% of the fluid in 24 hours and can be left in place for several days (3-5 days) without needing to be replaced. It's moisture-resistant, so you can shower with it, and it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wound and your movement.
Medical honey - has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, helps clean the wound, maintains a moist environment and promotes healing and odour reduction.
Medilan (medical lanolin) - restores the skin barrier and accelerates the skin healing process.
Vitamin C - contributes to the formation of collagen and connective tissue, promotes the strength of healing wounds.
Vitamin E - helps skin regeneration and reduces the risk of unwanted scarring.
Polyethylene glycol (PEG) - a pharmaceutically used, safe and inert ingredient with low toxicity.
Use
Clean the wound. Remove the sterile cover of the bag, remove the pad, apply to the wound and press firmly.
Notice
Do not use if you are sensitive to the product or any of its ingredients. In case of intolerance to L-Mesitran or any of its ingredients, remove it using a suitable technique and clean the site thoroughly.
