Dwarf palm berries are rich in beta sitosterol, a bioactive compound that supports prostate health and function and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. In addition to these, the dietary supplement also contains nettle root extract, rosemary and boron, which further support male health. With increasing age, men experience a faster conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Dosage
