The product also contains fibre from the seeds of Indian plantain, which you may know better as psyllium, and inulin from chicory root.

Recommended dosage
Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablespoons. Its composition is adapted for long-term use and is suitable for children from three years of age.
Notice
The product is not suitable for young children under 3 years of age. Caution with laxatives is advisable in pregnancy - even if they are natural products.
