Lion Sabatier 791280 Hercules utility knife, 12 cm

The Lion Sabatier Hercules utility knife is designed for slicing fruit and vegetables. Its 12cm serrated blade easily handles soft produce with tough skin, such as tomatoes, slicing them cleanly without crushing. The blade is made of 5Cr15MoV stainless steel. A full-tang construction, where the steel runs through the entire handle, provides strength and excellent balance. The ABS plastic handle is shaped for a secure grip.

The serrated edge is perfect for slicing foods with a tough skin and soft interior, such as tomatoes or citrus fruits. It ensures clean cuts without squashing the flesh. The blade is crafted from 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance with proper care. To maintain the quality of the knife, we recommend hand washing and drying immediately; it is not dishwasher safe.
