A preparation containing magnesium, which is essential for the proper function of the nervous system and muscles, for bone, teeth and cartilage. Dosage and method of use
Always take this medicine exactly as directed in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Unless otherwise recommended by a physician, adults take 1 effervescent tablet 2-3 times daily. Tablets are taken dissolved in a glass (approx. 200 ml) of water. 2 hours before and 2 hours after taking the product, do not eat dairy products and do not drink milk. Contraindications

Magnesium oxide reduces the absorption of tetracycline antibiotics, iron salts and sodium fluoride. Storage
