The MakTrade HRC 100 heat recovery unit is designed to maintain a constant exchange of air in an enclosed space. The device is equipped with a regenerator which accumulates thermal energy from the air leaving the room and heats the air entering it, ensuring minimal heat loss (the heat recovery unit's efficiency is greater than or equal to 90%). The casing, grille and blades are made of ABS plastic, which is resistant to moisture and damage. The device meets all applicable standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMF). The heat recovery unit is equipped with highly efficient direct-drive EC (electronically commutated) motors, which ensure quiet operation, long life and low electricity consumption.

The device's operating cycle includes the following steps:
Step I: Stale warm air is extracted from the room in extract mode. As the air passes through the regenerator, it heats it up. After 60 seconds, once the regenerator has accumulated heat, the fan switches to supply mode.
Step II: In supply mode, cool fresh air passes through the regenerator and is warmed to room temperature. After 60 seconds, as the regenerator cools down, the fan switches back to extract mode.
