Manuel Caffé: The Italian tradition of perfect coffee
Manuel Caffé is a prestigious Italian coffee roaster with a rich history dating back to the 1950s. The company was founded by Giuseppe De Giusti in the town of Conegliano in the Veneto region, who is known for his passion for gastronomy and the exceptional quality of local products. With the support of his wife Bruna, Giuseppe started roasting coffee in a small family workshop, which he gradually expanded into an internationally renowned brand. Today, the company is run by the second generation of the De Giusti family and continues to develop its legacy.
Choosing and roasting coffee
Manuel Caffé pays the utmost attention to the selection of coffee beans. It works with plantations around the world and carefully controls every stage of production - from harvest to final packaging. The coffee beans undergo multiple selections and are roasted in the traditional slow roasting process to develop their full flavour and aroma. Each blend is created with precision to meet the expectations of discerning coffee lovers.
