Abuamo tea preparation
Pour 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water at a temperature of 80 to 90 °C and infuse for about 3 minutes. You can pour the tea 3 more times after drinking (or as long as you still like it). Make it in the morning for breakfast to increase concentration, but also before exercise and other physical activity.
How to store Abuamo loose tea?
Keep loose tea in the packaging in which you received it. These are coated with a special ALU layer that preserves the aroma inside the bag and blocks ambient light. The packaging is also resealable. If you do want to repackage it, store it in an airtight container where it is dark and cool - perhaps in the pantry.
