Ingredients
Organic Buckwheat Herb (Herba fagopyri) 40%, Organic Blackcurrant Leaf (Folium ribis nigri) 20%, Organic Elderflower (Flos sambuci) 20%, Organic Lemon Balm Herb (Herba melissae), Organic Nettle Herb (Herba urticae).
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes.
Recommended Dosage
2 cups a day.
