Ingredients
Organic plantain leaf (Folium plantaginis) 30%, organic thyme marigold (Herba thymi) 20%, organic chamomile flower (Flos chamomillae) 15%, organic mallow leaf (Folium malvae) 12,5 %, organic hyssop marigold (Herba hyssopi) 12.5%, organic licorice root (Radix liquiritiae), organic anise fruit (Fructus anisi).
Recommended dosage
2 cups per day.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for 10-15 min.
