Bulk herbal mixtures developed in cooperation with the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Botany of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Charles University in Hradec Králové. Based on long experience based on traditional folk use and in accordance with scientific knowledge.
Ingredients
Lemon balm (Melissae herba) 30 %, chamomile flower (Matricariae flos) 30 %, valerian root (Valerianae radix) 20 %, lavender flower (Lavandulae flos) 10 %, sweet clover (Origani herba) 10 %.
Recommended dosage
2 cups per day.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of hot water over 1 sachet, prepare the decoction in a covered container for 10-15 minutes.
Notice
