Use:
Shake the shampoo thoroughly before each use. Apply to damp hair. Massage the skin, leave the shampoo on for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use at least 2 to 3 times a week for the first two weeks. The shampoo can then be used whenever needed.
