Ingredients
Black elder, hyssop, ribwort plantain, sage, purple coneflower (flower), common rosehip.
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the herbal blend and let it steep in a covered container for 5–10 minutes. Always prepare the infusion fresh immediately before use.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
