Creano Black & White Tea Collection, 12 pcs

Do you enjoy long winter evenings associated with drinking delicious tea? In that case, you will like Creano tea. Black tea has been known to mankind since the 16th century. First, the leaves of the Chinese or Assam tea plant must be harvested. The next step is to wilt the tea leaves, which evaporates the excess water. Subsequently, they are scrolled. The oxidation process, which is part of the final treatment, gives the tea its final flavour, aroma and colour. The oxidation process is stopped by rapid heating, e.g. pan-frying, steaming or baking. White teas are a highly prized species. China is the largest producer. Only a select few were allowed to drink it at the imperial court. What makes them unique is that the harvest time is very limited - young tea buds are harvested in early spring, and only in good weather. As a next step, the leaves are allowed to wilt to get rid of excess water. The main difference between white tea and other teas is that its leaves do not curl. The process is short, immediately followed by drying at low temperature. The delicate and slightly sweet taste is what everyone loves about white tea. In addition to tasting good and warming you up, flowering teas offer a unique spectacle of blooming in hot water. The very young buds of the tea tree, which have not yet opened, are picked in the early spring. The tea leaves are lightly dried and then steamed, which makes them easier to roll. This variety is available as a set of teas that is in perfect harmony of flavors and aromas. It will quickly warm you up in the freezing cold. In the summer heat, you can cool down with ice-cold tea for a change. Creano tea is available in a 300 g pack.
