Creano Teelini Black & White Tea Collection, 12 pcs

Do you love tea and want to a good cuppa in the comfort of your own home? Then you will like Creano tea. Black tea has been known to mankind since the 16th century. Production begins with the harvesting of Chinese or Assam tea leaves. The next step is the so-called. wilting, which is the process by which water evaporates from the petals. The petals are then rolled. The final step is the oxidation process. The final taste, aroma and colour of the tea depend most on this part of the processing. The oxidation process is stopped by rapid heating, e.g. pan-frying, steaming or baking. White teas are a highly prized species. Its largest producer is China. Previously, only a select few at the imperial court were allowed to drink it. What makes them unique is that the harvest time is very limited - young tea buds are harvested in early spring, and only in good weather. The next step is called petal wilting, in which the excess water evaporates. Unlike other types of tea, white tea leaves do not roll. After a short period of wilting, they are usually dried immediately at a low temperature. The taste of white tea is mild and slightly sweet, so everyone will love it. With flowering teas, you can enjoy not only their good taste, but also the amazing spectacle of blooming in hot water. In the early spring, young tea tree buds that have not yet opened are collected. The tea leaves are dried a little after they have wilted. The next step is steaming, which will facilitate their subsequent rolling. This variety comes as a set of teas, in which the harmony of flavours and aromas is perfectly combined. It can warm up quickly in winter and cool down in summer. You will receive Creano tea in a 400 g package.
