Ingredients
Contryhel nasturtium, deaf-hornwort navel, Lemon balm, yarrow root, Cockatiel nail, mint, fetal gossip, sage leaf.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1-2 cups per day one week before your expected menstruation, if necessary, take throughout the cycle.
Preparation
Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 sachet (approx. 1.5 g), cover and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then drink.
