Geuther Stair rail 67 - 97 cm white

The Geuther child safety gate secures staircases or doorways. It is made from solid beech wood and can be adjusted to fit openings from 67 to 95cm. The gate can be permanently fixed with screws, or installed without drilling using clamps on the bannister. For easy adult operation, it features a two-step safety lock that you can open with one hand. The paints and varnishes used are safe and resistant to children's saliva.

Flexible mounting on walls and bannisters

You can install the Geuther gate in two ways to suit your needs. For permanent and secure installation, it can be screwed directly into the wall. If you want to avoid drilling, you will appreciate the clamp-based mounting, which is suitable for bannisters with bars from 1.5 to 8cm in diameter. The clamps can also handle gaps between bars of up to 21cm. You can easily adapt the gate to most standard staircases and openings without needing any structural modifications.

Safety and convenient operation

Your child's safety comes first. The gate meets the strict European standard EN 1930:2011, and all the paints and varnishes used are saliva-resistant. The 2-step safety lock requires two simultaneous movements to open, preventing a child from getting through it. However, an adult can easily open the mechanism with one hand. This is practical when you are carrying your child. The gate opens in both directions. For staircases, it is recommended to set it to open away from the stairs.
