Ingredients
Heather nasturtium, golden-white navel, nettle extract 20%, St. John's wort, willowherb inflorescence 5%, birch leaf, Thistle navel, needle root 5%, lichen seed.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1-2 times a day. Can be used long term.
Preparation
One level tablespoon is poured over 1/4 litre of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
