HiPP 2 BIO Combiotik is a follow-on infant formula. It contains ingredients inspired by breast milk and organic raw materials. The formula is based on the latest research findings from nutrition experts. It includes L. fermentum milk cultures, which are found in breast milk, and galactooligosaccharides (GOS) from organic lactose, which are also naturally present in breast milk. The bioactive folate Metafolin is a source of folate (folic acid). Vitamins A, C, D, iron and zinc support the normal function of the immune system. ALA (Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid) is important for the development of brain and nerve cells, and thus for the healthy growth of your baby. DHA (Omega-6 docosahexaenoic acid), with a daily intake of 100mg, contributes to the normal development of vision in infants. The milk is of organic quality and contains only organic lactose as its source of carbohydrates.

Preparation
Always prepare only one serving and feed immediately. Do not keep leftover portions. Follow the preparation instructions exactly, otherwise you will endanger the infant's health.
1. Wash your hands and sterilise the equipment you are using
2. Boil drinking water suitable for infants and let it cool to approximately 40°C
3. Pour part of the required amount of water (see table on the packaging) into a sterilised bottle
4. Lightly fill the scoop with powder and level it off with the edge inside the box. Add the required number of scoops of powder to the bottle
5. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved
6. Add the rest of the water and shake thoroughly again
7. Cool the prepared formula to approximately 37°C. Before feeding, check the temperature of the milk mixture by dripping it onto the inside of your wrist
8. Always prepare the formula fresh just before feeding. Do not reuse leftovers
9. Never heat the formula in a microwave oven as there is a risk of scalding the child
10. Never add more scoops to the formula than specified, nor any other ingredients

Storage conditions
After each use, close the packaging carefully and store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Use within 3 weeks of opening. Do not use a wet scoop and protect the packaging from direct sunlight.
Warning
HiPP 2 BIO Combiotik is intended for infants from 6 months of age. The formula contains GOS fibre, which can affect the consistency of the stool similar to that of breastfed babies. Breast milk is the most suitable food for newborns and infants. This formula should be given on the basis of a doctor's recommendation. Follow the preparation and dosage instructions exactly.
