Black tea with bergamot, known as Earl Grey, is one of the most famous and popular teas in the world. This tea combines high-quality Ceylon black tea with bergamot essential oil. Bergamot essential oil is extracted from the peel of this citrus fruit, which resembles a lemon or lime in appearance. Bergamot gives the tea a characteristic soft and refreshing citrus flavor and aroma with floral undertones, which balances the richness and bitterness of black tea. In addition to bergamot, the tea also contains lavender extract and lavender flower. Lavender gives the tea a beautiful scent, but it doesn' t overshadow its bergamot essence, it just elevates the classic Earl Grey to a higher dimension.

Preparation
1 tea bag per 300 ml cup, pour 100 °C water (let the water boil), steep for 2-3 minutes. To make an iced drink, chill the tea in the fridge after infusion or add ice cubes.

Store in a dark, dry and cool place.
