JUKL Herbal tea Peristalsis of the intestines is an effective herbal blend aimed at supporting the normal functioning of the digestive tract and intestines. It helps relieve bloating, promotes the flow of digestive juices and natural peristalsis of the intestines. Thanks to its composition, it also has a gentle laxative effect. The mixture is suitable as a support for digestive problems, irregular stools or feeling of heaviness after eating. It also promotes proper elimination and overall cleansing of the digestive system.

- Checkthorn - Contributes to proper digestion and liver function
- Anyz- Supports digestion, relieves bloating, stimulates peristalsis
- No black- Helps the cleansing process, has a light laxative effect
Ingredients
Mint, Chicory, Anise, Elderberry.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, shoots, flowers):
Pour 2 teaspoons over 1/4 litre of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 10 minutes, then strain.
Spring (roots, fruits, seeds):
Place 1-2 teaspoons in 1/4 l cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, leave in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain.
Recommended dosage
Always prepare fresh, ideally 2-3 times a day.
