A herbal blend containing strawberry leaf, chicory, blessed thistle, rosemary, yarrow, agrimony, sage, juniper, and centaury. Rosemary contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and supports memory.
Ingredients
Strawberry leaf, Chicory, Blessed thistle, Rosemary, Yarrow, Agrimony, Sage, Juniper, Centaury.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, stalks, flowers):
Pour 1/4L of boiling water over two teaspoons of the blend, cover, leave to steep for 10 minutes and strain.
Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds):
Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to 1/4L of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, cover and leave to steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Always prepare a fresh drink and take 2–3× daily.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
