JUKL Body and Soul herbal tea 100g is a herbal blend of dead-nettle, mint, oregano, lemon balm, hops, heather, lavender, rosemary and St. John's wort. Lemon balm, hops and lavender promote relaxation and healthy sleep. St. John's wort contributes to emotional balance and a positive mood. This blend is perfect for moments of rest and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Dead-nettle, mint, oregano, lemon balm, hops, heather, lavender, rosemary, St. John's wort.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, stems, flowers): Pour 1/4L of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, let it steep for 10 minutes and strain. Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds): Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to 1/4L of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, cover and let it stand for 15 minutes, then strain. Always prepare fresh and drink 2–3× a day.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
