A herbal blend containing oregano, knotgrass, sage, horsetail, St. John's wort, yarrow and elecampane. Oregano supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental well-being. St. John's wort contributes to emotional balance and a positive mood.
Ingredients
Oregano, Knotgrass, Sage, Horsetail, St. John's Wort, Yarrow, Elecampane.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, stems, flowers):
Pour 1/4L of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, leave to stand for 10 minutes and then strain.
Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds):
Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to 1/4L of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes, then strain. Always prepare the drink fresh and take 2–3× daily.
