This herbal blend contains several great herbs that contribute to the body's natural defences such as chamomile, elderflower and sage. Burdock aids in the normal function of the upper respiratory tract and supports immunity.
Ingredients
Chamomile, Turnip, Sage, Ladder, No black, Daisy.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, shoots, flowers): Pour 2 teaspoons over ¼ l boiling water, leave in a covered container for 10 min. stand and strain. Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds): Put 1 - 2 tsp in ¼ l cold water, bring to a boil, 1 min. boil, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. Always prepare fresh 2-3 times a day.
