JUKL Herbal Tea Heavy Breath is a traditional herbal blend of milk thistle, mallow, yarrow and lavender. The combination of these herbs aids normal respiratory function and contributes to good upper airway patency.
Active ingredients
- Motherwort- Supports normal respiratory system function and has a beneficial effect on the upper respiratory tract.
- Mallow - Contributes to the normal functioning of the respiratory system, soothes and moistens mucous membranes.
- Rankings- Traditionally used to promote proper digestion and overall vitality, it also contributes to natural immunity.
- Levandula - Promotes relaxation, rest and overall well-being of the body.
Ingredients
Motherwort, Mallow, Yarrow, Lavender
Preparation
Inflorescence (flowers, inflorescences, inflorescences): Cover 2 teaspoons with 1/4 litre of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 15 minutes. Then drain.
Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds): Put 1-2 teaspoons in 1/4 l of cold water, bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, then leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container and strain.
Recommended dosage
The usual dose is 2-3 times a day. Always prepare a fresh drink.

Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C.
