- Benedict officinalis - Traditionally used to aid digestion and vitality.
- Heartworm - Promotes relaxation and normal heart function.
- Elderberry - Contributes to the normal function of joints and muscles.
- White Willow- Used to support normal joint functions.
- Mistletoe- Traditionally used to support blood vessels and circulation.
- Hawthorn- Supports normal heart and blood circulation.
Ingredients
Dandelion, Konopice, Birch, Truskavec, No black, Benedict, Heart, A fat man, White willow, Mistletoe, Hawthorn.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, shoots, flowers):
Pour 2 teaspoons over 250 ml of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Spring (roots, fruits, seeds):
Place 1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, leave in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain.
Recommended dosage
Always prepare fresh, it is recommended to drink 2-3 times a day.

Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C.
