Herbal tea, helping to cleanse the whole body. It combines a detoxifying effect with an original and distinctive taste. Dandelion has a beneficial effect not only on the urinary tract, but also acts as a prebiotic and therefore contributes to the growth and activity of intestinal microorganisms. Preparation and dosing

1 teabag is poured over boiling water (250ml) and removed after 5 to 10 minutes of infusion in a closed container. Tea is drunk warm or lukewarm. It is always prepared fresh. For lovers of the Indian way of drinking herbal teas, the sachet can be steeped in warm milk for 10 to 15 minutes.
Adults:
1 cup per day. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks, after 2 weeks the treatment can be repeated. Do not exceed the stated dosage.

Taste and aroma

The flavour moves from fresh spring aromas of lovage to sweet oriental notes of cardamom and star anise. A shorter infusion will bring out the taste of herbs, while a longer infusion will be dominated by spices.
