This is a functional blend that has a diuretic effect, helps to rid the body of excess water, and thus promotes the increased removal of toxins and cellular waste from the cells and the body. Preparation and Dosage

Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 teabag and infuse for 10 minutes. The tea should be drunk warm. Always prepare fresh.
Adults:
2–3 cups daily
Do not exceed the stated dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks; the course can be repeated after 2 weeks.

Taste and Aroma

A herbal-tasting tea with the bitterness of heather and the grassy taste of nettle is complemented by sweet cinnamon. The infusion has a light brown colour and a delicate aroma.
