Instructions for use
- Use twice a day, ideally morning and evening after brushing your teeth.
- Measure out 20 ml of mouthwash (approximately 4 teaspoons).
- Rinse your mouth and gums for 30 seconds.
- Spit out the water. Do not dilute, swallow or rinse your mouth with clean water.
- Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
- If you are taking fluoride from other sources, check with your dentist.
