Use:
Apply NEQI Glossing Mask Cool Blonde to hair after shampooing and spread evenly. Gently massage it into the hair and leave for at least 3 minutes, or up to 10 minutes for a more intense effect. Then rinse thoroughly. We recommend using gloves when applying. Use a conditioner afterwards if needed.
