Shade-grown and hand-picked tea leaves are ground using millstones to retain their delicate texture and vibrant colour. The result is a balanced, creamy cup with natural umami depth and subtle vanilla notes - a refined way to enjoy the distinctive matcha flavour at any time of the day.
Ingredients
Coconut sugar, Japanese ceremonial quality matcha (25%), natural flavouring.
Preparation
Whisk 1-2 g of matcha with 60 ml of water until it foams. Use a bamboo whisk, blender or hand whisk to whip the milk. To prepare a silk latte, add milk, to prepare tea add more water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
