Use:
Mix 10 drops of activating emulsion with 2 cm of the selected RefectoCil colour to form a smooth paste. Apply to dry, clean eyebrows and lashes and leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity. When finished, wipe off the excess paint with a cotton swab and finish cleaning.
