Preparation
To prepare 250 ml of infusion, use 6 to 7 grams of tea leaves. If you are going to prepare the infusion in a larger container, don' t be afraid to use double the amount of tips to achieve the intensity of the tea flavor you desire. The ideal water temperature for brewing tea is between 70 and 80°C. At this temperature, the tea leaves get a unique opportunity to show their delicate flavor, which you can enhance by adding lemon juice or a teaspoon of honey after the drink has cooled.
