Breast pack with a special bead structure that allows even temperature distribution over its entire surface. Reusable, non-toxic and ideal for both hot and cold therapy. It easily adapts to the shape of the body and fits comfortably into any bra. They are used cold on enlarged breasts, when breastfeeding, for menstrual pain, after breast surgery, breast inflammation, blocked milk ducts and in case of general discomfort. When warm, it helps to relax the milk ducts and thus facilitates the flow of milk before breastfeeding, and when pumping, it promotes better milk flow and reduces pumping time. The breast compress can be used with any breast pump.

Easy to use
Dry the tiling with a cloth before use and always check for damage. Once the desired temperature is reached, place the liner in the included sleeve. ALWAYS test the tile temperature before use. The poultice can be used for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Freezer:
Before use, place the poultice without the fabric wrapping in a clean bag and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Cold water bath:
Submerge the poultice without the cloth bag in ice water and let it cool until it reaches the desired temperature.
Microwave:
Heat the poultice as directed in the microwave. Then heat for 5 seconds each time to reach the desired temperature. Never heat for more than 30 seconds.
Warm water bath:
Bring the water to the boil and remove the pot from the heat source. Place the compress in warm water for 3-5 minutes.
Maintenance:
After use, clean the poultice with warm water and soap. Wash the covers at a maximum temperature of 40 °C.
Warning:
Do not leave the poultice unattended during heating. Excessive heating can damage the tiles. Never put the poultice in boiling water, it could be irreversibly damaged.
