About the author: Miroslav Myška works as an advertising photographer and is a member of the Association of Photographers of the Czech Republic. Since 1990 he has been working at the Institute of Creative Photography at Silesian University in Opava, where he teaches principles of lighting, working with electronic flashes and conducts studio exercises. He has exhibited in more than twenty solo exhibitions and dozens of group exhibitions in this country and abroad. His photographs are represented, among others, in the collections of Modern Art in San Francisco, the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague and the Moravian Gallery in Brno. He is the author of successful books (e.g. Photographing Landscape, Light and Lighting in Digital Photography) and several articles in DIGIfoto magazine.
