Alien Breed 3: Descent

Alien Breed 3: Descent is the final chapter of the sci-fi series that combines an arcade shooter with survival horror. As Chief Engineer Conrad, you will face the alien horde for the last time aboard two ships hurtling through the atmosphere of an unknown planet. The game is an action-packed mix of an arcade shooter and tactical weapon upgrades. This title is for PC and is activated with a key on the Steam platform.

Hero Conrad's Last Stand

Take on the role of the hero Conrad, the Chief Engineer, in his final stand against the alien horde. The doomed ship Leopold, along with the alien vessel, is plummeting through the planet's atmosphere, descending ever deeper into the icy ocean. You have only a few hours to defy a gruesome death and face the assault one last time. You will wade through freezing water flooding the corridors and fight aliens in flooded levels. At the same time, you will uncover the truth about the aliens' existence.

Expanded Arsenal and New Gameplay Elements

The game expands your tactical options with powerful new weapons. Project X acts as a "BFG," vaporising everything it comes into contact with. The Electro-Link gun fires lightning bolts that chain-react to hit enemies in the immediate vicinity. In addition to the classic top-down view, you'll experience new third-person action sequences. In the in-game shop, you can use credits collected from fallen enemies to purchase various weapon and equipment upgrades.

Single-Player and Co-op Modes

In addition to the main story campaign, the game includes several other modes. In the single-player "Survivor" mode, you'll withstand endless waves of aliens in specially designed arenas. Free Play mode allows you to replay completed missions to try and improve your score. For collaboration with another player, there is a two-player cooperative mode where you will face the hordes together on three custom maps. Online features support voice chat, a friends list, and competition on global leaderboards.
