Following in Garfield's footsteps, it's time to meet brothers Alvin, Simon and Theodore. These aren't just any chipmunks – not only can they talk, they're also fantastic singers.

One day, they run into David, who spots their talent and gets them a record deal. Concerts and crowds of fans follow, and the Chipmunks get into more and more adventures with dramatic consequences, pushing David's patience to its limits. Will Alvin and the gang be able to save their friendship with David? How will they cope with their newfound fame?
