Arca: Kick I

LP Record Produced and recorded by Arca, the album KiCk i defines a new era in the world of the Venezuelan artist, singer, DJ, performer and composer. Along with Björk, Rosalía, Shygirl and SOPHIE, Arca has invited collaborators into her world for the first time. In the past, she has produced for Björk, Kanye West and FKA twigs, composed music for MoMA, created huge sound sculptures and DJed at festivals. KiCk i celebrates not only the joy Arca has found in her life, but also the sometimes arduous journey she had to take to get there. Her effort to reconcile her Venezuelan origins and trans-Latin American identity is expressed through reggaeton and Spanish pop.
