Ariana Grande: Yours Truly

LP Record Yours Truly is the debut album from American singer Ariana Grande. The album was released on 3 September 2013 by Republic Records. Influenced by Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, Christina Aguilera, and Mariah Carey, Yours Truly is an R&B-infused record. Grande describes the first half of the album as a "throwback" to '90s R&B, and the second half as "very unique and very special that I've sort of written", which is completely original. Ariana Grande co-wrote six of the twelve tracks and recorded a number of the album's songs over a three-year period. She collaborated with Big Sean, Mika, and Mac Miller. Other genres, such as adult contemporary and dance music, occasionally feature on the album.
