Assassin's Creed - Blu-ray

Convicted murderer Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) is unwillingly freed from death row only to become part of a centuries-old battle between Assassins, Templars, and the Spanish Inquisition. His new prison is a secret Abstergo facility equipped with the revolutionary Animus technology, which unlocks genetic memories in human DNA, allowing him to return and relive the memories of his ancestors, which were previously lost to the past.

Thanks to the Animus, Callum connects with his ancestor who lived in Granada and Seville during the Spanish Inquisition in the 15th century. His name is Aguilar de Nerha, and he is a member of the Assassin Brotherhood, which has been waging a secret war against the Templar Order, its age-old enemy, for several centuries. The secret organisation of Assassins is sworn to protect humanity's free will and strives to prevent the Templars, with the help of the Inquisition, from seizing a powerful artefact called the Apple of Eden. And it is this very artefact that the Templars believe is the key to controlling the entire world.
