Bad Times at the El Royale - DVD

The El Royale hotel sits near Lake Tahoe, with the border between two US states, Nevada and California, running right through it. This means guests can choose a room in either state, and break or obey the laws of one or the other.
This once-popular hotel, a favourite of Hollywood celebrities, is now well past its prime. Its former glory is only hinted at by the black-and-white photos of famous guests on the walls, the decaying luxury interior, a large jukebox filled with old hits, and a neurotic employee who keeps everything running by himself. So, when five guests arrive at the hotel on the same day, it’s bound to be suspicious. A priest, a soul singer, two young women, and someone who at first glance looks like a travelling salesman. But the El Royale hotel is suspicious too, hiding many secrets not just within its walls but also beneath its floors. As night falls and more uninvited guests arrive, everyone present at the El Royale will have at least one chance at redemption. Before it all goes to hell.
