Ballad for Emily

A psychological thriller inspired by true events

Kamila promised her mother that she would take care of cleaning and selling the old house where they lived together many years ago. With the prospect of easily acquired money to make her dreams come true, she travels to a Sudeten border village to get to work. But she has no idea that the dirt, the mustiness and the mysteriously described walls are the least of the evils lurking here. The abandoned house has a very turbulent history and Kamila's arrival awakens something that has been there for a long time and that is not going to just forget the past wrongs. Something has been calling to Kamila... something has been waiting for her all this time and now that she has finally returned, it won't let her go.
