Basiková Bára: Bára Basiková (Remastered) - CD

Her debut solo album, simply titled Bára Basiková, was released thirty years ago. Each song was written for the singer by a different composer, with all lyrics written by Jan Sahara Hedl. The album brought together the musical elite of the time, not only thanks to the authors, but also to the musicians who recorded the album. Among the authors we can find, among others. David Koller (the song Troja was recorded by the band Lucie), Ota Baláže (Souměrná), Michal Pavlíček (Říjen spí), Roman Dragoun (Víkend lvích vášní) and Martin Němec (Desert Angel).

Bára Basiková is one of our most outstanding singers. Over the course of her career, she has sung songs in a wide variety of genres, moving from new wave to pop, as well as exclusive projects of esoteric songs, Yiddish songs and temple music to musicals. Her singing influenced the sound of Stromboli and Precedens.
