Beck Jeff: Truth - CD

Beck Jeff: Truth - CD
“Truth“ is the debut album of The Jeff Beck Group, released in 1968 in the UK by Columbia Records and in the United States by Epic Records.
Jeff Beck (* June 24, 1944 Wallington, London) is an English rock guitarist. Along with Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page, he is one of the top three guitarists in the legendary band The Yardbirds.
Jeff Beck never achieved such commercial success as his colleagues, but as a former member of The Yardbirds, he was invited to the 1992 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Most of his songs are instrumental, covering various genres from blues-rock, heavy metal, jazz fusion to contemporary guitar rock and electronic music.
This versatility of Beck makes its genre difficult. On the other hand, he is a music critic for his work as an acclaimed guitarist, and his rock instrumental compositions have won several Grammy Awards in their category.
In his daily life, Jeff Beck is a fan of hot rods off-road racing, and owns one of the most beautiful collections of these cars in Britain. Hot rods are also a popular theme in the songs of his current albums.
Together with Ringo Starr and David Gilmour, he played in the music video for the song “Too Much to Lose“ by the Czech-American musician Jan Hammer.
